2023 - 24 Season

Our eighth season of FTC is complete, and we are so grateful to all of the mentors, referees, and volunteers who have been apart of our CenterStage season! This season, we welcomed twelve new members who were able to learn and grow skills surrounding CAD, fabrication tools such as the laser cutter, 3D printer, and CNC machine, and a mix of hardware and software skills. We've become great friends and teammates over this season, and used each of our unique skills to build an innovative robot! In order to work towards our goal of truly embodying FIRST's mission of connecting with our community, we have taught with organizations such as Alexandria House and Mar Vista Family Center. We were also able to start and fund an FLL team at Boys and Girls Club Los Angeles and teach lessons at the Center for Early Education. We've been lucky to connect with tons of other FTC teams and gain valuable mentorship and advice from professionals in STEM from organizations such as JPL, Aerospace, NASA, Northrop Grumman, and more! Lastly, we were able to take home first place Inspire at Regionals and first place Think at Worlds! Overall, we've had an amazing season and we feel extremely grateful for everyone who has helped us!
